Center Base - Short Term Programs for K-12
NDVS/SB offers individual and small class instruction at Center Base in Grand Forks. This one-on-one instruction provides each student with school days filled primarily with specialized learning. There is a powerful element of self-awareness and confidence when peers share similar experiences unique to the world of visual impairment.
Our goal is to provide instruction to meet the individual needs of each student, while working alongside the families, local schools, and other agencies. Our programming focuses on the educational needs identified as most important for students with visual impairments (the expanded core curriculum) and is offered in an environment that is encouraging, challenging, and informational.
